Chairman & CEO - John Carris John has 20 years experience in the acquisition and growth of businesses in the recruitment and technology sector. John co-founded Match Healthcare Services in 1987 and as Managing Director built the business to an IPO on the Alternative Investment Market (AIM) in 1996, under the name Sinclair Montrose Health Plc. Between 1996 and 1999 a number of acquisitions were made that helped take the company to £70m turnover when John and his partner took the business private as Match Holdings. John left Match Holdings in 2002 at which point the business was at £185m run rate turnover. In 2003 John acquired Global People Network Ltd (an internet technology business) from Venture Capitalists and co-founded Healthcare Locums (HCL). As Chairman, John established HCL as an acquisition vehicle, buying and building specialist health care agencies and floated on AIM in November 2006. In 2004 John established ERNG and has built staffing businesses across a number of recruitment sectors coupled with four acquisitions over the past two years ERNG has grown rapidly. |

Chief Operating Officer - John Morgan John has over 20 years experience working in a variety of sectors, and is a CIMA qualified Accountant. John is an experienced Finance and Operations professional, and has spent the past six years at Director Level within SME and blue-chip multi-national organisations with the recruitment, consumer electronics and manufacturing industries. John has spent the last year concentrating on developing ERNG, controlling and directing the finance and operations of the organisation. John has played a key role in delivering all three acquisitions into ERNG in the past nine months, ensuring they were integrated seamlessly. |

Sales Director - Jason Stewart Jason Stewart has recently been appointed as Sales Director. Jason manages the sales at the Group whilst also reviewing acquisition opportunities that focus on ERN’s strategy of building high value niche recruitment sectors. |
